I LOVE MY SHIH TZU
Breeder Page

We require a deposit of 1/2 the price of the puppy. Deposits are non refundable because good homes are passed over while a puppy is on hold. Please do your research and make sure that the shih tzu is the breed of dog for you, they are a maintance dog that requires daily brushing if you desire to to keep them in long coat, and grooming every 6-8 weeks for a puppy cut. My puppies that are available can be seen on my website at: http://hipawsshihtzu@tripod.com/. Please be sure that you really want the puppy before sending a deposit. I will return the deposit if the puppy becomes sick or dies while in my care or if I decide not to sell the puppy. I reserve the right to cancel a sale if for some reason that it doesn't feel right. The adults in the household must take responsibility for the puppy around young children as they are small and cannot protect itself!!! Please watch children around the puppy. We guarantee our puppies from life threatening hereditary conditions for 2 years from the date of sale. Hereditary  defects Do Not include communicable diseases that are prevented by vaccinations, like distemper etc. The next shot is due at age 12 weeks . I would prefer that you take the puppy before then to get  him/ her use to the vet. I Must be notified by a licensed veterinary if  there is a problem with one of my babies as I DO NOT SELL SICK PUPPIES!!!! I take great pride in my breeding program  and really enjoy my babies. I am very hands on from hand delivering to pre spoiling the babies for you, I am home with them everyday. You are buying the puppy as a pet and must be spayed or neutered within 5 -6 months of age.
Hernias and pinched nostrils are known in the Shih Tzu it is very common and is not life threatening, therefore not covered under this contract. Shih Tzu puppies usually snore, snort, sniffle and are  no reason for concern. If the discharge from the nose is clear and the pup is happy and active there's no reason to be alarmed. When puppies are teething this may increase. Pinched nostrils normally correct themselves as the puppy matures. We do not guarantee puppies against hernias, pinched nostrils testicles or hypoglycemia. If for some reason you can no longer care for your shih tzu I will do my best to find him/her a new home for you asap.
